Sysana’s website application code does not currently set advertising, behavioral-tracking, social-media, personalization, or optional analytics cookies. Hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary, short-lived technologies to deliver and protect the site. App Store purchases happen in Apple-controlled services, not website checkout.
Where this policy applies.
This policy applies to public pages and API requests on sysana.app. It does not govern local storage in the Sysana Mac app, macOS permissions, Apple’s App Store, OpenAI, or another website reached through an external link.
No optional tracking in our website code.
Sysana does not intentionally place browser identifiers for advertising, cross-site profiling, social-media embeds, marketing attribution, or audience analytics. Ordinary web requests still provide an IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamp, and security information to hosting infrastructure. Server logs are not cookies but may contain personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are managed outside sysana.app.
Sysana subscriptions are purchased through StoreKit and the App Store. Following a link to Apple’s subscription, refund, or support pages leaves sysana.app. Apple may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie practices. Sysana does not receive the contents of Apple-controlled cookies.
Browser controls remain available.
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary technologies can interfere with security or page delivery. Because we do not currently set optional cookies, sysana.app does not display a cookie-choice banner. If we add non-essential technologies, we will update this inventory and request consent where required before using them.
No cookie-based sale or sharing to disable.
Sysana does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through website cookies. There is therefore no cookie-based sale or sharing to opt out of. If practices change, we will evaluate and honor legally required signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Material changes will receive a new date and any consent control required by law.
